How to prepare an Epsom salt solution?

1. Dissolve 50g of Epsom Salt to 250ml of hot water, to make approximately 300 ml of solution, which can be reused for one day.
2. Wait for the solution to cool down to 40 to 50°C.
3. Soak one piece of cotton pad in the solution.
4. Lie on the bed, place the SATURATED cotton pad on the affected nipple, and soak nipple for 10-15min.
5. Change to a new  SATURATED cotton pad if the 1^st piece has dried up.
6.  Repeat the soaking 4-5 times per day before nursing or pumping.
