Brief Professional Background

Lee Jia Ven is a licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) physician and is TCM Practitioner Board(TCMPB) certified. She holds a bachelor in Biomedical Sciences from Nanyang Technological University and a bachelor in TCM from Beijing University of TCM.

Physician Lee is particularly interested in postpartum and lactation care as she believes effective care during this sensitive period serves a long way to ensuring both a healthy mum and child in the long run.

In pursuing her passion in supporting breastfeeding mothers, she is certified as a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). In her practice, she incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and Western biomedical knowledge, both from her IBCLC and Biomedical Sciences backgrounds, to help mummies cope with their pregnancy, breastfeeding, prenatal and postnatal issues. Her aim is to support and help mummies throughout their parenthood journey. She also holds a certification in paediatric massage, treating paediatric disorders such as common flu and digestive disorders.

In addition, she also holds an Ayurveda Therapist Certification in a private Ayurveda institute in Singapore, hoping the new knowledge gained can add value to the treatment she is providing to patients.
