What is San Jiu Herbal Plaster Treatment?
San Jiu period is the coldest time of the year.
San Fu period is the hottest time of the year.
A person’s body constitution changes significantly during San Fu period and San Jiu period.
San Fu Herbal Plaster is applied in San Fu period.
San Jiu Herbal Plaster is applied San Jiu period.
San Jiu Herbal Plaster is used to treat some chronic diseases, such as some respiratory diseases, digestive diseases, gynecological diseases, and some pains.
San Jiu Herbal Plaster is usually pasted on certain acupoints to help in changing a person’s body constitution from cold to warm.
Yang qi can promote lung qi, resolve phlegm and relieve asthma, improve immunity, reduce allergic reactions, and prevent and treat many chronic respiratory diseases.
三九贴和三伏贴有什么区别
三九贴主要是三伏贴的延续，可以巩固三伏贴的治疗效果，都是可以治疗一些慢性疾病，比如一些呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、妇科疾病、还可以治疗一些痛症。
冬季三九日和夏季三伏日，是一年四季中使人体体质发生明显改变的两个时间点，所以就利用三九日和三伏日的时间开展此项治疗。

呼吸系统相关疾病：

San Jiu Herbal Plaster treatment is NOT suitable for the following people:
三九贴不适宜人群：
Patients are having diseases that are linked to body “heat constitution” .
患有热性疾病的人群；
Patients who have sensitive skin to the herbs / plaster used.
对贴敷药物或者胶布极度敏感者;
Patients having diseases with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction.
患有严重心肺功能障碍者；
Patients wearing a pacemaker.
戴心脏起搏器者;
Pregnant women / Children < 2 years old.
孕妇 / 2岁以下儿童;
Women in the menstrual period.
处于月经期的妇女。
Precautions of San Jiu Herbal Plaster treatment:
三九贴注意事项：
To remove the plaster after 2 hours for children, and 4 hours for adult.
儿童贴敷时间为2小时，大人4小时。
Minimize movement to prevent plaster from dropping off too early due to perspiration.
尽量减少活动，以免出汗过多导致穴位贴提早脱落。
Removed plaster as advised. DO NOT prolong the duration.
按建议的时间拿掉穴位贴，不可以自行延长使用时间。
Avoid cold food and drinks during the treatment.
贴敷期间，不可以食用寒凉的食物或者饮料。
Take bathe / shower at least 2 hours after removing the plaster.
拿掉穴位贴后，如果需要洗澡，至少要等2小时或者更长时间才可以。
Dry hair immediately if need to wash hair during shower.
如果需要洗头，请务必马上用热风把头发吹干。
Avoid catching cold. No direct blowing from the aircon or fan.
避免风寒，空调或风扇的冷风不可以直吹身体的任何部位。
Do Not worry if the skin under plaster turns slightly red, hot or gets some irritated sensation.
It is the expected reaction from this treatment.
穴位贴敷处，皮肤出现轻微发红、发热、刺激感属于正常现象，不必惊慌。
Herbal formula has been tested on both children and adult clinically.
Please remove as instructed.
It will not cause blister usually.
配方已经过儿童和 大人亲身临床试验，请按照建议的时间拿掉穴位贴，通常贴敷部位的皮肤不会起水泡。
For individuals with severe cold and dampness body constitution, or who delay in removing the plasters,
blisters may appear on the skin. In case it happens, please contact the clinic.
个别寒湿体质严重者或刻意延长贴敷时间者，也许会出现水泡。
