What is San Fu Herbal Plaster Treatment ?
Everyone has once a year opportunity for San Fu Herbal Plaster Treatment!
“San Fu Day” are the period of human has most positive energy “YANG”.
The treatment is suitable for child and adult.
1)Benefits of “San Fu Herbal Plaster”:
It is a TCM treatment for prevention of allergic rhinitis, pharyngitis, asthma, cough, chronic bronchitis, anorexia, sweating, dysmenorrhea and other chronic diseases.
2)More info about “SAN Fu Herbal Plaster”:
It is an External TCM therapy pasted on specific acupuncture points during certain period of summer that is known as “San Fu Day”.
“San Fu Day” are the period of human has most positive energy “YANG”.
3) Treatment cost for “SAN Fu Herbal Plaster”:
Each session need 5 plasters.
Each plaster cost S$5.

【三伏贴】
三伏贴是一种中药外用疗法，在一年中人体阳气最为旺盛的日子（三伏天）将中药敷贴在特定穴位上治疗疾病。
“三伏贴”可防治过敏性鼻炎、咽喉炎、哮喘、咳嗽、慢性支气管炎、厌食、多汗、痛经等慢性疾病。
San Fu Tie treatment is to improve the body condition to those who have any of the following health issues:
三伏贴可以改善患有以下健康问题的人的身体状况：
Respiratory system related issues:
呼吸系统相关疾病：
- asthma 哮喘;
- chronic bronchitis,慢性支气管炎;
- allergic rhinitis (I.e. sensitive nose),过敏性鼻炎;
- chronic tonsillitis 慢性扁桃体炎;
- Recurrent colds / upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) 反复感冒 / 上呼吸道感染;
Digestive system related issues:
消化系统相关疾病：
- chronic gastritis慢性胃炎;
- Spleen and stomach weak 脾胃虚寒类疾病.
- chronic colitis 慢性结肠炎;
Pain related issues:
疼痛相关疾病：
- rheumatism and rheumatism-like arthritis风湿与类风湿性关节炎;
- Frozen shoulder肩周炎;

San Fu Tie treatment is NOT suitable for the following people:
三伏贴不适宜人群：
Patients are having diseases that are linked to body “heat constitution” .
患有热性疾病的人群；
Patients who have sensitive skin to the herbs / plaster used.
对贴敷药物或者胶布极度敏感者;
Patients having diseases with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction.
患有严重心肺功能障碍者；
Patients wearing a pacemaker.
戴心脏起搏器者;
Pregnant women / Children < 2 years old.
孕妇 / 2岁以下儿童;
Women in the menstrual period.
处于月经期的妇女。
Precautions of San Fu Tie treatment:
三伏贴注意事项：
To remove the plaster after 2 hours for children, and 4 hours for adult.
儿童贴敷时间为2小时，大人4小时。
Minimize movement to prevent plaster from dropping off too early due to perspiration.
尽量减少活动，以免出汗过多导致穴位贴提早脱落。
Removed plaster as advised. DO NOT prolong the duration.
按建议的时间拿掉穴位贴，不可以自行延长使用时间。
Avoid cold food and drinks during the treatment.
贴敷期间，不可以食用寒凉的食物或者饮料。
Take bathe / shower at least 2 hours after removing the plaster.
拿掉穴位贴后，如果需要洗澡，至少要等2小时或者更长时间才可以。
Dry hair immediately if need to wash hair during shower.
如果需要洗头，请务必马上用热风把头发吹干。
Avoid catching cold. No direct blowing from the aircon or fan.
避免风寒，空调或风扇的冷风不可以直吹身体的任何部位。
Do Not worry if the skin under plaster turns slightly red, hot or gets some irritated sensation.
It is the expected reaction from this treatment.
穴位贴敷处，皮肤出现轻微发红、发热、刺激感属于正常现象，不必惊慌。
Herbal formula has been tested on both children and adult clinically.
Please remove as instructed.
It will not cause blister usually.
配方已经过儿童和 大人亲身临床试验，请按照建议的时间拿掉穴位贴，通常贴敷部位的皮肤不会起水泡。
For individuals with severe cold and dampness body constitution, or who delay in removing the plasters,
blisters may appear on the skin. In case it happens, please contact the clinic.
个别寒湿体质严重者或刻意延长贴敷时间者，也许会出现水泡。
万一出现水泡，请联系诊所。
