This year the San Fu Plaster Treatment will be focused on health issues related to Respiratory System as below:

The treatment plan takes 3 years.
Each year has 3 sessions.
SFT Schedule for year 2020
San Fu Tie (SFT) treatment for year 2020 is from 16 July to 24 Aug 2020^^.
First session: 16 July to 25 July 2020
Second session: 26 July to 14 Aug 2020
Third session: 15 Aug to 24 Aug 2020
^^Optional 2 sessions ( FOC) to strengthen the results:
1) Before first session: 06 July 2020
2) Before third session: 03 Aug 2020

Charges for San Fu Tie herbal plaster treatment plan (S$ 152 per year)
- Item A = San Fu Tie Herbal Plasters $ 75*
- Item B = Consultation $50*
- Item C = TCM Herbal Tea $27**

Foot note:
* 3 sessions in total per year.
5 plasters for each session (worth $25).
In case additional SFT plaster needed, $5 for each additional SFT plaster.
**Besides herbal plasters, 18 packets of TCM Herbal Tea in total per year are included.
6 packets of TCM Herbal Tea will be provided per session. The TCM Herbal Tea is to strengthen the result.

San Fu Tie treatment is to improve the body condition to those who have any of the following health issues:

Respiratory system related issues:

San Fu Tie treatment is NOT suitable for the following people:
三伏贴不适宜人群：
Patients are having diseases that are linked to body “heat constitution” .
患有热性疾病的人群；
Patients who have sensitive skin to the herbs / plaster used.
对贴敷药物或者胶布极度敏感者;
Patients having diseases with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction.
患有严重心肺功能障碍者；
Patients wearing a pacemaker.
戴心脏起搏器者;
Pregnant women / Children < 2 years old.
孕妇 / 2岁以下儿童;
Women in the menstrual period.
处于月经期的妇女。
Precautions of San Fu Tie treatment:
三伏贴注意事项：
To remove the plaster after 2 hours for children, and 4 hours for adult.
儿童贴敷时间为2小时，大人4小时。
Minimize movement to prevent plaster from dropping off too early due to perspiration.
尽量减少活动，以免出汗过多导致穴位贴提早脱落。
Removed plaster as advised. DO NOT prolong the duration.
按建议的时间拿掉穴位贴，不可以自行延长使用时间。
Avoid cold food and drinks during the treatment.
贴敷期间，不可以食用寒凉的食物或者饮料。
Take bathe / shower at least 2 hours after removing the plaster.
拿掉穴位贴后，如果需要洗澡，至少要等2小时或者更长时间才可以。
Dry hair immediately if need to wash hair during shower.
如果需要洗头，请务必马上用热风把头发吹干。
Avoid catching cold. No direct blowing from the aircon or fan.
避免风寒，空调或风扇的冷风不可以直吹身体的任何部位。
Do Not worry if the skin under plaster turns slightly red, hot or gets some irritated sensation.
It is the expected reaction from this treatment.
穴位贴敷处，皮肤出现轻微发红、发热、刺激感属于正常现象，不必惊慌。
Herbal formula has been tested on both children and adult clinically.
Please remove as instructed.
It will not cause blister usually.
配方已经过儿童和 大人亲身临床试验，请按照建议的时间拿掉穴位贴，通常贴敷部位的皮肤不会起水泡。
For individuals with severe cold and dampness body constitution, or who delay in removing the plasters,
blisters may appear on the skin. In case it happens, please contact the clinic.
个别寒湿体质严重者或刻意延长贴敷时间者，也许会出现水泡。
万一出现水泡，请联系诊所。
Optional: Adding black sugar
Optional “Black sugar” can be added into “Cold Prevention Formulation 1”. This helps in reducing the bitterness of the medicine.
若想减少 “预防感冒1号方” 的苦味，可选择性的添加一些“黑糖”。
